Lamb

$175.00

DEPOSIT OF $175, PAY THE REST OF THE TOTAL ON OUR FARM. YOUR TOTAL IS DEPENDENT ON WEIGHT at $6/lb (we cover all processing fees).

Place a deposit of $175, and then pick up in person at our farm.

Whole or Half Lamb: Similar to beef, this choice determines the quantity of lamb you're purchasing.

  • Whole Lamb: This option provides the most quantity, typically hangs around 55 pounds.

  • Half Lamb: Approximately half the amount of a whole lamb, usually between 25-30 pounds.

Your choice here depends on your storage capacity, consumption rate, and budget.

Grass-Fed Lamb: Grass-fed lamb refers to lambs that primarily feed on grass or forage throughout their lives. This type of lamb tends to have a distinct flavor profile influenced by the vegetation they consume. It's often described as having a milder, sweeter flavor compared to lambs fed a grain-based diet. Grass-fed lamb is also typically leaner and may contain higher levels of certain nutrients like omega-3 fatty acids.
